I brought computer parts from Ebuyer Nov.02 (all worked OK) to build my own system. (against all the bad reports posted about them). So last Sun 28-9-02 the m/board failed I contacted their returns dept. Mon. they emailed me a RMA no to return it, Tues. I sent it back, Wed. they sent emails saying they had recieved and tested the m/b and found it to be faulty, Thurs. email from them to say a replacement had been despatched, and today Fri. it arrived. I don't call that bad service I think it's brilliant. Well Done Ebuyer.

that does sound like good service, I bought from ebuyer last year, only had one problem which was a IBM Hard Drive and they told me to talk directly to IBM.
