Was I Just unlucky!!!

Had a bad time with my Netgear Router.
Bought a DG834GT few a months ago, it kept dropping connections, had to write to
Nnetgear to get them to phone me, went all through the settings with T/S, they asked me to upgrade there latest firmware but this made no difference.
Phoned UK T/C they told to send modem back.
After 5 days I got a replacement.
Set it all up, guess what, it was duff.
Had to go through all the same rigmarole again.
Tried the BT test but this did not work, was told by Netgear T/C that the modem was dead.
Now sending this one back.
Will think twice before I use Netgear products again.
