I am thinking of upgrading to Office 365 Small Bus Edition and I can get a five licence edition for around £100. A couple of my neighbours are also interested in upgrading. Would it be Ok to share the cost and licences between us?

Perhaps not the answer and possibly of no help, but have you considered some of the free 'Office' type programmes available?.

Yes thanks Spuds but I don't think they come with an Email Client programme i.e Outlook.

Office 365 is web based. The business edition is designed to allow small businesses to share information between its workers. It is not designed for individual households. The price is an annual charge so you would all have to agree to pay again next year.

Do you really need Outlook?
