Trend Micro Gatelock X200

After reading the review I decided to treat myself and buy an external fire wall and antivirus unit. My hope was that I would saves some of my system resources.

Installing the Trend Micro X200 was easy but it seemed that I was getting disconnected from my ISP (NTL) every day. Considering my connection is broadband 600 that should be always be on, this was quite worrying.

Today I find I just cant get connected with the Trend MicroX200 installed but when I disconnect the X200 my connection is fine.

I've emailed Trend for support but have had no reply as yet, well it is Sunday. Maybe they will contact me on Monday as I dont realy want to phone the US for support.

Maybe it wasnt such a bright idearafter all.

Has anyone had any dealings with Trend ????

Yes only by email so far

But why shouldnt I expect to be contacted after all I bought it on the net and they emailed me to confirm so why cant they email me now.

Am I expecting to much ?
