Hi GRIDD
Didn't want you to feel alone.
Bye

ROFL. I forgot about this. You should have let it drop off....

I just posted because there was a barrage of negative posts about Virgin, so I thought I'd post something to the contrary.

I gotta say, I've been with Virgin for almost a year now, and not had an issue yet (Touching wood as I speak). I'm only on the 2Mb, but apart from slowing a bit at busy times, it's pretty constantand I've not had a single loss of service to anything.
The cable TV box freezes occasionally, and needs a reboot, but not a major issue.
I have the 4 for £40 bundle, which more than halved my previous bills, so I'm a happy customer thus far.

Well I pay £92 per month and my service is excellent. I usually get around 16 to 18 meg, though if I download big files during the day I get throttled to a "slow" 5 meg.

No, it's BB!
Meant to be up to 4MB.

Ring 151 if you have a Virgin phone connection and complain!
