If the time ebuyer takes to respond to customers' queries on its website is any guide, then there would be little point in there being one in the forums.

xalemo, c'mon -- did you really expect an ebuyer rep to respond to that?? If you and I played the old Fritz and Paddy joke .... whichever side you chose I'd win.

Seriously, if you have a problem with ebuyer then this is not the way to deal with it. Don't try e-mails either because they are a complete waste of time in any circumstance and with most companies.

You could try phoning but the best way forward is to write a letter to their Chief Executive outlining the nature of your complaint/concern and you will get the result you are looking for ..... guaranteed.

Do that and let us know.
