Swapping incorrect items on Amazon

Last week I ordered a bit of kit on Amazon. It arrived today.

There were two possible sizes. I took a punt and ordered the larger size.

It turns out that I should have ordered the smaller of the two.

Any idea how I might go about swapping sizes, at minimal cost. I'm happy to pay return postage but if I can get away with zero cost, I'll give it a whirl.

Simply go through the normal Amazon return procedure, giving wrong size as the reason.

Their return system is very good, allowing you thirty days, as opposed to the seven under the DSR, but as you suggest, you'll probably have to pay return postage'

Just in case you not done it before, log in to Amazon, go to your account, your orders, and click on "return or replace". They do make it painless!

Thank you both. Much to my chagrin, I was not able to give you both the credit for pointing me in the right direction.
