supplier that exchanges even if one pixel is dead

I had a advertisment in a mag cannot find it so was hoping someone else has seen. The company offers the safe policy that even if one pixel is dead yes you have read right one pixel they will exchange or offer a refund, any help please. Thanks in advance

I believe AOC have a unofficial replacement policy. I remember CTX has a class 1 screen with a 3 month replacement as well.

Yes, CTX will replace with 1 dead pixel on some of it's monitors. The warranty is for three months only though. AOC have quite a high ratio before changing but unofficially will change with 1 dead pixel if it's in an annoying part of the screen.

Staples will also change any of their monitors within the first few weeks, whatever the reason also they will open them and test in the shop before you pays your money. j.
