Still/frame capture from a .ram file

I'm after a piece of kit that I'd like to get made (better than most standard stuff available in the UK). Having tried exhaustive Google searches, I can't find anyone who supplies said item, but I've found a man in Sussex who'll make it for me if I can supply a drawing or photo. I can't draw for toffee, but I have found a .ram file that clearly shows the item in question.

The problem is that I don't know how to take a still frame from a .ram file.

I've tried using pause and then Print Screen using Gadwin Print Screen, but just get garbage.

Can anyone make any sensible suggestions? The chap can't accept a 24MB file attachment on his e-mails, so I'm looking for something much smaller.
