My only comments on disatnce learning courses is 'caveat emptor'.

I have seen too many complaints about lack of and/or poor support along with quite high fees.

My first port of call, if I were to be in the situation of needing one again, would be to look at my local colleges. They are quite often cheaper as well.

Check out your local adult/higher education college.
Most will run modules of other courses that you can learn from.
Prices are very reasonable & you get FREE support!

Distance learning is ok, but can sometimes lack decent support

A lot of long distance providers are not upto scratch. Some will take your money and then string you along. Some practices include returning assignments late or slow in marking them so time is wasted and before you know the whole year has gone and the contract you have with them is terminated.
