scan computers

has anyone had any experience with scan computers? we're looking into buying a pc from them but the company reviews seem either excellent or pretty bad, it's hard to work out whether this company is reliable or not.
it says on their site they received best custom pc online retailer but like I said the reviews on other sites are very mixed.
Just wondered whether someone here could give me some their feedback,
many thanks

Not used them, but try Novatech instead.
Great company to deal with.

Scan was one of the 'better' companies, but you don't seem to hear much of them nowadays. There are some forum members who use them, so hopefully they will respond to this thread.

Novatech are also one of the 'better' companies, and worthy of a look. Cougar are another company, that seems to have good reports from some of the forum members.

thank you all for your input, will look at the alternatives, as the reviews aren't brilliant.
I had already looked at cougar and novatech. what about pcspecialist? up till a while back I had only heard good things about them but in the posts here I just read someone's nightmare. It's always hard to decide who to go with and you need to rely on honest feedback. If I do go for one of the above companies I will let you know.

Never had a problem with them, if any problems have occurred with items purchased they have been excellent at sorting it out.

Best part is you can phone them and some one will answer.

Delivery is brilliant, I have ordered items in the afternoon and delivery has been next day.

thanks for that carver, it's always good to know what people think of the service they receive.
