I recently puchased a Sapphire 9000 Pro.
Having problems with the instalation, contacted their "Hot Line".
Sapphire is a Russian based company and so was their 'Technical advisor', by his accent. No advice other than to get it thro' their e-mail Help. I am still waiting, e-mail sent early Dec 02.
The card works perfectly, pity the Help Desk doesn't. (problem was tooooo much RAM in Win98 which causes mayhem over 512Mb)

If you don't know the fix then its fairly easy to do and applies to all OS based on the 9x core (95, 98, 98SE, ME)

Add a line to windows\system.ini
Edit it with Notepad, look for [vcache] and under it enter a line
