Sapphire "Customer Support"!!!

A while ago i bought a new graphics card on Ebuyer which was manufactured by Sapphire. As the card was faulty i decided to approach Sapphire directly for some ideas on the problem, went to their website and filled in a ticket. Below is the record of when my question was answered....copied and pasted from their site:

Open Date Mon, 12 Sep 2005 03:52:52 -0500
Last Revised Sun, 16 Oct 2005 12:02:50 -0500
Closed Date Sun, 16 Oct 2005 12:02:54 -0500
Product ATLANTIS 9800 PRO

So if you read carefully you will note that they took over a MONTH to respond! The response was useless and totally ignored the detail of my system i had provided. Additionally thye closed the ticket so i could not respond!!!!!

They call this customer service??!!

If you are considering buying a Sapphire product, maybe think again if you consider 5 weeks too long to wait for 'cutomer service'!!!

maybe you should have used Ebuyers 'e-note' system, to request a return. They'd probably only keep you waiting a fortnight, to answer your e-mail, rather than 5 weeks ;-)
