I have just had a lengthy discussion with Nick from carrera, he was unaware of the full extent of the problems i had with this PC. He has now agreed to sanction a full refund this afternoon. At last somebody who will listen.
I have to mention i bought a machine from carrera last Sept 02 and to this date have had no problems, that is why i went back :(
Hopefully this is the end to this nightmare. good look anybody else out there who are still having problems. Try e-mailing nick (you never know)

Feel you could have told us whole story andypatto - that you bought a computer from the same company only 4-5 months ago and everything was fine.
