Rejecting PC

I bought a new laptop in May - just 3 months ago.

I have had to swap it for a new one in late may because the fan was making such a noise.

I am now in a position where the computer is constantly crashing as soon as I pick it up to move it to another area of the house. Its getting progressively worse.

What I would like to know is if I can reject the PC under the Sales of Goods act and get a new one or if I am up a gum tree and have to get the thing repaired.

For the record its a compaq zx5000 series laptop wih a 15.1 screen and I bought it fromComet

Thanks

mra
