As a,relatively.PC rabbit I am wondering why I should use the above.
My PC was scanned(free download) by Registry Mechanic 7.0 which found a few hundred anomalies.
Should I leave well alone or take some action, please?

The best i have found is click here
If in doubt do a registry back-up first.
And you get given the chance with CCleaner.

KLM78,

registry mechanic (imho) is one of the best programs available, and I have been running it for several yeas now without a single problem.

As LegoTestPilot has stated, if you are worried, download CCleaner, (free) and run the scan for issues part of the application, and after backing up the registry, let it fix the problems it has found.

Reg Mechanic is spot on. I have used it on XP and Vista systems.
