stalion suggested I repost
When i look at the Task Manager Processes it shows 65% cpu usage for something called bindata. exe Is this good or bad or necessary.
Broadband internet running pretty slow on windows xp.

Quick google for bindata.exe looks like it might be spyware..

I'd recommend downloading Microsoft Antispyware and Webroot Spysweeper Trial and scanning with those..
