I'm writing a feature on protest websites that are providing an effective voice for aggrieved consumers.

Any recommendations would be most welcome.

How to Complain. com click here

Amazing result after contacting them 4 weeks ago.

6 months of fruitless complaining to my Home Insurance company, after being burgled, resolved in 10 days. Received over £2500 after using the site.

If you want the full details, let me know.

The best example of such a site must be the NTHell one that was set up and working well till NTL decided to buy it.

I remember a great one called "ebuyer.con" note the "con" instead of "com". Can't find it now but am sure it was featured in this forum.
