Printing problem

  shellship 18:00 02 May 05

About every other month my HP PSC2210 stops printing for a few seconds, then restarts but a few lines of print are then missing. I have Win XP SP2 and Word XP but it is not those as I can print on my wife's networked printer without problem. Could it be a faulty USB connection. Advice would be appreciated please.

This is more of a problem for the Helproom, as you may get a better response.

I think that you may find that it is a configuration problem, and perhaps a re-install of the printer drivers may solve the problem. Would suggest that you check the HP site, to see if the PSC2210 drivers have been upgraded, if so, re-install with the newer version.

Thanks. Will check for drivers and repost in Helproom.

The size of the documewnt and the SpoolingCache in the Computer may be a place to look.

Ie The printer has to wait for the computer to catch up.
