premium rate number search

not a pc issue but is it possible with out actually phoning a premium rate number begining with 0905 to find out who they are as I have one on my bill that cost me £11. Ive had a look on google but no luck to the whole number just info on the 0905 bit telling me about up to £1.50 per minute

If you are on a BT line, then contact them on their freephone customer services number. They will check this out for you.

There is such a very large circulation of premium lines and numbers, that the only solution would possibly be a subscription to a regular updated numbers providing service, similar to INFO 2005.
