Pipex network status

Report: Some customers may be affected by connectivity problems with our servers. This may mean that PIPEX Xtreme ADSL and DialTime customers may be unable to connect to the Internet. This issue may also mean that some customers will be temporarily unable to download or send email.

Symptoms: Customers effected by this problem may find that they experience problems connecting to the Internet or sending and receiving mail.

Actions: PIPEX engineers are working on this problem with top priority. PIPEX Internet Ltd would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue.

This problem was very soon remedied, and all was back to normal by 10-45am today.

I continue to have difficulties and now my e-mail server is down! :( TC.
