On Sunday 4th September I ordered a Dell X5 and Tom-Tom package from PDAMODS.com it cleary states on their web site that the Dell X5 has a 400MHz processor with 64Mb SDRAM and 48Mb ROM when it arrived and I powered it up I found that the model supplied had a 300MHz processor with 32Mb SDRAM AND 32Mb of ROM I e-mailed them every day last week and I have never received a reply I spent hours on the 'phone last week tiring to contact them when I eventually managed to get someone on the 'phone (last Friday) the chap told me that he would get back to me no one ever as either by e-mail or telephone. The supplied model also looks to be a refurbished or used model.

If your still experiencing problems try contacting their local trading standards, which would be the closest one to Kensington in London.
