I currently have 2x60g hdd, both of which are almost full, so I'm going to add a 3rd (200/250g)hdd via a pci ide card. Any suggestions on which card to get. Nothing fancy. Cheers

Are all four possible IDE devices connected? ..... If you have only 2 HDs and a CD device there is theoretically room for one more.

Frankly the extra HD might be better in an external,(power supplied) USB connected, box of its own
