PC Decision Making for Dummies

Howdy Folks,

I have been hunting for a new PC for about a month now and after much deliberation (and a shocking downturn in my work productivity) I have narrowed it to one of two manufacturers, namely Novatech and PCSpecialist. I have picked a machine from each of these manufacturers which I'm confident (well, as confident as you can be with these things) will meet my needs. What I'd appreciate from you guys is some feedback on the delivery times, customer support, build quality etc from the aforementioned companies. Positive stories are actively encouraged as all I seem to find is horror story after horror story!!

Thanks

Novatech consistently receives praise in these forums and only the odd complaint.

PCSpecialist also appears to come out well.

Had no dealings with PCSpecialist, but I have used Novatech on a number of occasions. Always found them to be a good reliable company. If you do a forum search, you will find a number of forum user are of the same impression about Novatech.

I have been doing much forum searching and they both seem to come out pretty well. Unfortunately you are always swayed by the negative reports even though in this case they have been rare. I guess I'm just trying to make sure I make the right choice before parting with my money!!
