Ordered a game from Littlewoods-online

Ordered it the start of the month, the say it was despatched by "letter post" on the 15th. It's still not here, the girl tells me if you haven't got it by the 12th January, phone back and then well adjust your account.

Is this right? I wanted it as xmas pressie and now can't buy it from the shops in case I end up with two.

This sucks, is there a way out of it?

If you end up with two copies of the game you can always send one back to Littlewoods. That might be better than having no game - but you had better get a move on if it's a Christmas present.

I'm intruiged to know what game you bought from Littlewoods that's not cheaper elsewhere.

Let me know what it is and I'll see where it's sold cheapest.

According to them I can't send software back.

Chronicles of Narnia. £35 with £15 off first order, making it £20.

"I can't send software back"-- Doe's this apply to unopened and still sealed?.
