Office XP activation police

I've removed my copy of Office XP from my old PC and will be putting it on to my shiny new PC. Has anyone had any experience of convincing the activation police at Microsoft that you have actually done the legit thing? I suspect they will think I'm simply trying to install the software illegally on a second machine.

Didn't have any problems last time I did it. Actually did WinXP 3 times on the same day because I was playing around and it didn't give me any problems.

If you read the Terms and Conditions for OfficeXP - I think you will find that you are allowed to have it on two systems - say, your desktop, and your laptop.

Not so with WinXP, of course.
