Hi 4 years ago I took a contract out with o2 which was suppose to be 200 free mins and 50 free text,es. For 9 months I have recived no free text,es and O2 state I never had any in the first place and despite numerous phone calls will not reinstate any free text messages any idea which way to go please as contacting O2 is just a waste of time thanks kopite

I found the following service really useful:
O2 Complaint Resolution Service 0113 388 6159 (8:30pm-4pm Mon-Fri.

I also had problems with o2 [Cellnet]. Eventually the problem was solved via Ofcom's intervention.

Still not happy with some of their small print regarding all their different packages and varied conditions.
