Thinking of buying a new PC from Novatech.
I've bought parts from them, but not a new system.
Are they as good for parts as they are for full system?

Yes.

I'm now on my 2nd desktop and first laptop from them.

Perhaps not the cheapest in the world; but I wouldn't have gone back for a lappie and then a replacement desktop if they were rubbish.

If you are inclined to do a bit of diy, then look at their barebone range.

I have two of theirs, an XP and a Vista, no problems.

Absolutely.

My next pc will be from them, and it'll probably be a barebones system.

so far 17 pcs, no problems. Also buy most of my home stuff from them. Not always the cheapest around but I've never had anything but great service even when things have gone wrong (infrequent)
