My Braun Electric toothbrush has deceded to become an ex toothbrush. I e-mailed Braun to ask if it would be repairable and within 10 minutes thay had replied asking me to return the brush to a service agent. No inspection charge, whatever the outcome; if on opening it up it is found to be less than 2 years old (which it is but I can't find my original receipt)it will be repaired or replaced FOC.
I am happy with that response.
