Night of the Fox

Hi.. many years ago I watched on TV the film "Night of the Fox" starring George Peppard. The story line was based on the factual second world war story of the Slapton sands incident in Devon where American troops were practicing shore landings from amphibious craft and they get surprised by E boats and many craft were shot up and sunk resulting in an American officer drifting in a dingy to Jersey and being rescued by the local resistance, and a double agent ( George Peppard) being sent to rescue him.I have tried for many years to get a copy either on video tape or DVD of this film but no luck so far.I have a feeling that this film have been shelved because of the nature of the incident.Any input from forum members or info of where I can obtain a copy would be much appreciated....nanouk
