I've just bought a new Toshiba W8 laptop from John Lewis to set up for a neighbour. There is no COA sticker anywhere on the machine. Is this common policy now, and what does one do if a reinstall in required in the future?

Thanks.

Look under the flaps on the underside - it might be one one of them.

Putting it on the outside of the case was a silly idea, the numbers wore off.

Ah, that explains it. Will burn off a set of disks just in case. Many thanks all.
