new pc help

i have £2000-2500 to spend on a new pc i want the 8800gtx graphics card and the quad core processor but where the hell do i buy a good pc from with good after sales service i originally bought a pc from cyberpowersystems but i returned it for a full refund as every problem i got i was told to refomat the hard drive and start again. also with people like mesh and evesham they have no option to specify the cooling system and things like that all i want is apc that is going to work and if it does go wrong for the company to take care of the problem can somone give me some advice please asap as the pc i am using now is so slow on has 192ram please HELP

Why are you writing Evesham off if all you want is a reliable PC with good after sales with 2500 to spend you can get a superb machine from Evesham as for cooling I am running a high spec machine it's quiet and cool I have always had eveshams and wouldn't change.
