New laptop advice for architecture use

Hello, I am looking to buy a new laptop and I need some guidance. It will be used for 3DStudio Max 3D modeling and sometimes rendering, Photoshop with large files (A0 equivalent at least) and lots of layers, and some AutoCAD. I already returned an ASUS N551Jk as it had some light bleeding and now I regret it, just that I was 2 bummed about something I payed that kinda of money to come with a defect. Now i can't find that model anywhere so I'm stuck between these two.

click here is better, which performs better without stuttering and very importantly, doesn't heat easily ? I can't really afford the new N571 which is probably coming out this week because it will most likely cost more than those 2, and I won't go higher than 4000 RON/ ~1100 USD for reference.
