new laptop - advice?

Hi all,

I am looking for some advice regarding a new laptop. I know what I'm doing using a computer, but specs have moved on hugely since I last bought.

I am looking for:

1. MUST have a proper numeric keypad.
2. It should be able to run MS office in multiple windows, plus multiple IE windows without crashing.
3. It will be primarily a work machine, and I would only rarely use it for watching DVD's etc. (although I would connect speakers and use for music)
4. preferably not too massive and heavy
5. Definately under £400, preferably under £300!

Can anyone give me ideas? Is there any brand that always has a numeric keypad?

Thanks in advance,
Ellie

I forgot to say that ideally it should be ready to go with wireless.
