MP4 Player Advice Required

My trusty Creative Zen has died after 5 years of faithful service and pretty much being used every day.

I am now in the process of locating another one but I am trying to find a player I will be as comfortable with.

I am looking for a player with a screen between 2-3 inches, that has a dedicated hold switch and buttons (I don't like having a touch screen for my MP3 player).

The reason for me not wanting a touch screen is that with my current player it is very easy to change the current track or adjust the volume without removing the player from my pocket while on the bus or at the gym.

I was looking at the Creative Zen X-Fi but was looking at other players that would play my Div X files without converting them to 320x240 first like I had to with my Zen.

I am thinking of the Samsung Q3 or one of the Sony Walkmans, anybody have any experience with these players?

Any other suggestions are welcome.
