Bought an ex display sony svl2412 because it was reduced by £200.Spent a while trying to get wi-fi keyboard and mouse working but no joy. JL helpline failed also. So called branch and he said perhaps the dongle is wrong, you have not been given good service so I will order a new computer and you can have it for the same price. So now I have a complete set for considerably less. Another happy customer. Not played with it properly yet, getting used to w 8. The internet is slow, probably updating a thousand things at once I guess.
