having gone to the local novatech shop on 15/12/2008
to look at the riot game desktop pc the price with
o/s was approx £1009,i then returned the next week to purchace the pc and noticed the tag was £100 more
the manager checked the web site and it was at leased another + £100 without the o/s an extra £280
approx,i then emailed novatech, they said they would get back to me,its now 13/1/2009 no reply, all this
time in various magazins the price has varied,
but the web price has not,the time going to press
ok but the web has stayed the same, their brochure
is never the correct price either, very misleading
just like my spelling.

yamace,

At the price stated, you would get better elsewhere.

Novatech has one bad flaw IMHO, in that in most of their systems, the brand of PSU, and make and speed of ram, are hidden.

shame, as they grow they seem to lose
their direction as a level concern.

If they can't be bothered to get back to you, go elsewhere and tell them.

I'm surprised at this as Novatech are normally very good with customer related things?
Could try emailing or ringing them up?
