Mesh Service Not So Bad

Bought a Mesh Matrix XP2100+ TiPRO last October which started to crash with regularity at the beginning of this month.

Thought: "Oh No - infamous Mesh service!" But this is what happened:

4/3/03: PC crashed umpteen times - CPU temp 79 degrees C. Rang Mesh Tech Support, took about 10 mins to get through. He said normal temp around 50-60C and PC needed to be returned for repair.

7/3/03: Return label received.

11/3/03: Rang Mesh to arrange collection - told next day PM.

12/3/03: PC collected PM.

17/3/03: Nice lady from Mesh confirms receipt - ready by end March.

25/3/03: Another nice lady says PC repaired and dely next day. Problem was dust around heatsink which was cleaned and replaced.

26/3/03: PC delivered. PC now runs at 53-63C and no problems (other than CDRW was disconnected when delivered - soon put right)

Now I don't think that's too bad. (Says he, fingers crossed)
