So can Mesh rise from the ashes and trade again? Or is the name of Mesh soiled and a new trading name is required? They did make well built pc's when they worked & parts were good makes. It's just as the grew bigger they forgot about the one thing that makes a good company, their customers and the support they offer them in return!

Technically, no. They can't. The company has ceased to trade and gone into administration

But the administrator can sell all the assets of the company, and one of these is the name "Mesh"

He's already done that. The name has been bought and is already being used by the buyer to sell computers

Remember it may be worth waiting for the computer press to review computers made by the new owner under the Mesh name to establish how they rate compared to computers constructed by the old company and reviewed by the press and, perhaps, given awards or star ratings

Mesh have arisen from the ashes over the past few years, with at least two 'Mesh' trading names. I would imagine that this event will be no different!.

"Mesh have arisen from the ashes over the past few years, with at least two 'Mesh' trading names"

That was a different situation altogether - the company was not in administration.
