medium volume copier

Hi, just been told that we need a new copier - it is used only once a week for about 1000 copies. Colour would be an advantage but not at all necessary. Basically it is used to reproduce a newsletter - an A4 sheet printed front and back.

Any suggestions?

PS We have a photocopier but it is on a contract paid per copy and that would not be economical.

I assume you are thinking a 'stand alone' copier.

But would copying through the PC/Scanner/Laser printer be accaptable - 1000 copies though may take a bit of time.

Argos catalouge have had copiers as do the chain stationers such as Staple/Viking.
or MicroMart the IT bits magazine may have refurbs on offer

If you are in the London area feel free to e-mail me as we could do a deal.

You are about at the break point for getting it printed at your local printers, if you can supply them a good copy of the artwork ask a local printer for a quote.

photo copier can be fauly very often. the best way is to sign a contract with a copier provider and then loan your copier and you pay them by the number, normally less than 3p a page. anything wrong, just call them and they fix it for you
