Linksys KISS 1600

I have a Media Centre Edition / Win XP desktop. Thinking of buying the above so I could use PC as a DVD recorder in MCE but view recorded programmes wirelessly on a remote TV via my Linksys wireless router and the KISS 1600. The manual says you can view media files but I could not see a specific reference to recorded TV progs (in dvr-ms files?). Anyone know if this machine would do the business? The PC World sales guy was not certain! Do not want to have to transcode the tv files.

ambra4 Thanks. Think I will wait for the DMA 2200 ? Looks more suitable.

Beta . Thanks - I am not a "gamer" but will look at the price of PS3, The DMA 2200 (abt £220) seemed to suit me more but it us about the price of a DVD recorder with freeview so maybe , although I have one, a second for another room may be less complicated. Will mark this as resolved - thanks both for your help.
