YES it is legal, but you can get all the channels and programs for FREE on the net by googling. They charge you money for a list of free channels and a URL or two.

It is perfectly legal but the channels are dire , do not expect Sky+, and the quality is dire. You will be supplied with the URL of a site, that is all. The site can easily be found by Googling....and here it is, free of charge click here
