Can anyone recommend a good GPS system to link into a laptop?

Hi

I used a Garmin "eTrex Venture" with Microsoft Autoroute to navigate to southern France last year, it worked a treat with fast updates showing exactly where you are in real time. I think all the eTrex range can link via a serial cable to a PC but I bought the Venture as a cable was included.

The eTrex GPS units are small & very durable, the Venture was waterproof too!
