  tullie 21:07 28 Oct 10

Think i saw an email address

  wiz-king 21:59 28 Oct 10

It is a Chinese site. Does not conform to UK regs by not having a postal address.
Registrant's name and address:
mee li

bao an
518 000

Not that it will help you much!

Didn't the battery come with any postal or invoice indication of the sender.

If you have paid by PayPal or another credit card company, then get in touch with them, explaining your problem.

As wiz-king as already suggested, it appears that the website is not UK or European legal.

I should point out that buying Chines batteries is not a problem, I do this several times a year but I get them from a UK stockest like Maplins.

Chines !!= Chinese

  Shuffty 20:01 29 Oct 10

I was sent a 255-3S4400-G1L1 5200mah 11.1v instead of a 255-3S4400-G1P3 5200mah 10.8v after a few emails which they claimed the batteries were the same, they have agreed to a full refund after I ship it to china which is a bit much as i did not come to me from china,I recieved it 2 days after placing the order

  spuds 22:38 29 Oct 10

" as it did not come from china".

Where did it come from. If you tell us that, then perhaps we can advice you if UK consumer law applies.

It is difficult to say where it came from as the carton was in a jiffy bag delivered by 'home delivery network'
