Laptop Advice

Hoping someone may be able to offer me a bit of advice. I had a Dell XPS M1530 (awful machine but that's another story!) which died recently so the time has come to buy a new laptop.

I'm looking to get something that I will be able to do a bit of work on at home (som reasonably hefty PowerPoint usage etc. but nothing too major), some work in Photoshop, but again nothing too demanding and also some gaming - ideally something that can handle GTA IV, Mafia II etc. at low / medium resolution so will need a little bit of power behind it.

I'm not that concerned if I can't game with everything at full spec but would love to hear recommendations.

I've got a budget of around £800. I was looking at a Sony Vaio F Series with the following basic spec...

- i5-450M, 2.40GHz with 3 MB L2/L3 Cache 4GB
- 6 GB 1066MHz DDR3-SDRAM
- NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 330M 1GB

I'm not sure whether the card will be good enough to deal with these sort of games?

Any thoughts on teh above set-up and any additional recommendations / help / advice gratefully received.

Many thanks
