Web browsing yes, but video editing I do ponder as it is a very intensive activity. Normally when I'm asked about what to buy: I normally say keep well away from celeron processors, and go for either p4 or a amd processor (the 64 being a good alternative to p4)

Try to up grade the memory (ram) for general use 512mb is considered mim for running XP for normal use.

It will do video editing but it will take a long time carrying it out, I should imagining that to render a 15/20 minute video footage will take annoyware between 4 to 10 hours to complete?

I may get this one but have the ram upgraded to 512.....should make it better
