Info for NTL Cable Subscribers

Some information for anyone who is on NTL cable phone and internet. I have found in the past that if you dial their dedicated helpline numbers I have waited up to 56 minutes to speak to someone. I now use 1503 and get to speak to someone almost immediately. There are only 2 menu's hit 5 on the first one and 2 on the second and you are speaking to a real person.
