HP - censors customer complaints!

As some of you may know, I had issues with my HP laptop, a dv2116wm. I know its an American model, but, I had a worldwide warranty. I had a variety of issues (its in a repair shop right now, after it came back last time with overheating problems), one of which was missing wireless.
Suffice to say, its a common HP laptop hardware problem. HP have finally addressed it, in their thread: click here

However, after posting a long message a few days ago, I checked it today to discover that HP had quite literally, modified my post.
This was very shocking. Another person who had been posting in the thread, called Wayne something, had his posts constantly modified and eventually deleted! (There is no evidence he ever posted, you call this customer relations?)

My question is, is this allowed? I posted here as a last resort, as all attempts to complain to HP were censored/ignored.

Some sites may modify posts if they wish to, after all it's their site!
