Hi-grade notebooks: any good?

I need to buy a notebook and have read some of the reviews on this site.

A company called Hi-grade seem to get reasonable reviews, but I also like buying from a big brand name like Dell or Tosh.

I don't really want to spend more than £1500. Any experiences out there - should I cough up a few extra quid for a Dell Inspiron?

Many thanks in advance.

John.

In my experience hi-grade are a reliable company and you should consider buying from them .I have had two problems with my laptop ,one of which was my own fault, and it was collected repaired and returned in five days as their policy stated. With computers getting more and more complicated backup and repairs are an important factor .The performance of the machine is very good to it is good enough for both work and play.
