Inadvertently the start button and internet button have been moved to top righthand side of screen. Also the screen size appears smaller. How do I move these buttons back to bottom left of screen?

Assuming W 7. Put cursor on right hand toolbar (I assume the whole toolbar is on the right).Right click. If "Lock the toolbar" shows, untick it. Then put your cursor on the toolbar and drag it to the bottom. Then right click again and tick "Lock the toolbar"

Right click on blank space on taskbar and select properties, on taskbar tab you will see "taskbar location on screen" just change to bottom and click apply/OK

Have tried both of the above.Managed to move both icons from the right to the left. However they will not move to the existing list on the left, they are at the top left in a space of their own. The screen seems to have shrunk on the left leaving a space where they are.

It would appear that you following BRYNIT's instructions that you may have chosen left instead of bottom.
